Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent failure and fault and to improve the reliability of detection accuracy by providing clearances to prevent strain from exceeding the elastic threshold to the end parts where strain generating parts to be mechanically deformed by external force are deformed. CONSTITUTION:The displacement side ends of projecting parts 14a, 14b of coupling members 22, 23 are screwed by using round holes 32 and tightening headed bolts (mechanical stoppers).
