Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily detect the temperature history of an article which is frozen and stored from discoloration caused by reaction between material in two liquids which thaw in a capsule when temperature raises above temperature of thawing. CONSTITUTION:The freezing point of the liquids in the capsule is a little bit higher than the freeze storage temperature of the frozen article and when the frozen article is frozen, the liquids in the capsule are frozen and expand in volume to break the capsule, but the liquids in the capsule are stored or transported through various distribution paths in the frozen state at the freezing temperature of the frozen article and displayed to consumers. If its temperature is raised to, for example, room temperature above the temperature at which the article begins to thaw in its distribution, the liquid in the capsule thaws and leak out of the capsule and the materials in the leaking liquid and liquid mixed in the capsule react to cause discoloration. When the discoloration is found, it is decided clearly that the freeze storage is not maintained and there is a history of temperature raising.
