Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable detection to determine whether temperature control of goods such as frozen food or medicine is performed normally at a distribution/ storage stage, by attaching a thermosensitive material, discoloring with changes in temperature from a low to normal temperature, to a frozen food. CONSTITUTION:Material, which maintains a specified color such as green at a normal temperature during a fixed period and further does so during the storage by freezing done while it maintains the specified color but changes its color with a shift to normal temperature from the low temperature and thereafter maintains new color such as brown as intact still after the change in the color, is attached as thermosensitive material to a frozen food. With such as arrangement, when a frozen food or the like is placed at the normal temperature from the low temperature, the thermosensitive material changes its color from green to brown and maintains the color still after the change in the color even with a shift to the low temperature again. This enables detection to determine whether temperature control of the frozen food or the like is performed normally at a distribution stage.
