Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable modification of the characteristic of an accumulator by coupling a second accumulator through a pilot operation check valve with gas chamber in a first accumulator. CONSTITUTION:A second accumulator 21 is coupled through a pilot operation check valve 22 with a gas chamber H in a first accumulator 19, and a pressure regulating means 35 is coupled through a pilot operation check valve 23 with a pressure oil connection port F of the second accumulator 21. Consequently, pressure of gas initially encapsulated in the first accumulator 19 can be modified easily by feeding/receiving encapsulated gas between the first and second accumulators 19, 21. Consequently, various characteristics can be provided to a single accumulator circuit and can be employed as required.
