Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform rewinding with a completely satisfactory mode by locally applying pressure on the entire thickness of a spool while a strip material is wound on the spool, and continuously winding the spool material while maintaining the tension of a specified longitudinal direction on the rotating spool. CONSTITUTION: A spool 16 is pushed to a winding roller 10 by using a pressure cylinder 17 to push a slip carriage 13 in the direction of the winding roller 10. Since a fine porous rubber layer 26 is provided in its center area, the rotatable winding roller 10 is pushed to a driving roller 8, and the rotation of the roller 10 is transmitted to the spool 16. A film strip 18 is guided by a pair of rollers 21 and 22 onto a fixed rod 23 provided in a guide arm 19, guided to the winding roller 10 by a rotary guide pulley 24 and, by means of pressure contact of the spool 16 of the layer 26, a front end is wound in a conical shape without containing air while tension is kept on the spool 16, and thus a roll 27 is formed.
