なる一対の電極層とを包囲し、外気からの水分を
略遮断し、周縁端部が封止された一対の防湿フイ
ルムから構成されてなり、背面電極側の防湿フイ
ルムが少なくともアルミニウム箔材を有した積層
プラスチツク材からなつている分散型EL発光素
子において、 上記背面電極側の防湿フイルムには、上記透明
電極側の防湿フイルムとほぼ同じ線膨張率を有し
た積層部材が上記透明電極側の防湿フイルムの厚
さにほぼ応じた厚さで積層されていることを特徴
とする分散型EL発光素子。 (2) 上記背面電極側の防湿フイルムにおけるア
ルミニウム箔材の両側には、上記透明電極側の防
湿フイルムとほぼ同じ線膨張率を有した積層部材
が積層されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
