Claims (1)
線層と、該配線層を被覆する絶縁層と、該絶縁層
に設けられたスルーホールにて前記配線層に接続
する複数の導体片上に蛍光体層を被覆して成る陽
極とを有し、この陽極上にグリツドおよびフイラ
メントを配設してカバーガラスにより封止された
蛍光表示管において、前記陽極を除く前記絶縁層
の少なくとも一部分が前記蛍光体層の表面よりも
高く形成され、前記絶縁層によつて前記グリツド
が支持されるようにしたことを特徴とする蛍光表
