極基板上に形成されたリード端子と上記封着部内
で接続されてそこから真空管外に引出される第１
のリードピンと、真空管内から直接真空管外へ引
出される第２のリードピンとを有し、上記封着部
には第１のリードピン相互間を絶縁する絶縁層を
形成するとともに第２のリードピン引出し部にお
いては上記絶縁層の厚みの一部または全部を除去
