Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep a die temp. constant and to stabilize the quality of a product by independently assembling both a heating device and cooling device directly into the die. CONSTITUTION:A cooling water passing hole A is provided at the place where the temp. rise inside a die is abrupt and a heating device hole B is provided at the position avoiding the hole A to input the heating device C of a heater, etc., therein. The die is heated by a heater C and when it is higher than an optimum temp., the heater 3 is cut and a water is made to flow to the cooling water passing hole A. The die temp. is detected by the sensor provided inside a moving plate 2 and the heating and cooling of the die is repeated based thereon. The die temp. is thus made constant and raised to an optimum temp. quicker.
