Abstract

PURPOSE:To securely record and reproduce a video before and after inputting a trigger signal by stopping a recording action when a prescribed time passes after inputting the trigger signal at the time of executing an action to record (store) a video signal. As a result, the video signal of the prescribed time (4 fields), until the trigger signal is inputted to memories M7, M8 and M1 and to memory M2, is stored and held, and the video signal, until the prescribed time (4 fields) passes after the trigger signal is inputted to memories M3-M6, is stored and held. Namely, in making the video of the instant (the memory M2) of an impact into a center, the video of the time with an approximately equal length is stored and held to a memory part 6 before and after it.
