グラフである。 ３…鍋、５…ヒータ、１０…温度検出手段、１
１…制御手段（沸騰検出手段、ドライアツプ検出
手段）、１７…ヒータ駆動手段。

Claims (1)
- ヒータの駆動手段と、鍋の温度を検出する温度
検出手段と、この温度検出手段の検出温度に基づ
いて沸騰状態を検出する沸騰検出手段と、この沸
騰検出手段による沸騰検出中に、前記検出温度が
第１の所定温度になつたとき前記ヒータをオフさ
せ、その後前記検出温度が前記第１の所定温度よ
り低い第２の所定温度になつたとき前記ヒータを
オンさせ、その後前記ヒータによる加熱量の減少
を制御する動作を実行し、この動作中に前記検出
温度が前記第１の所定温度より高い第３の所定温
度になつたとき前記ヒータをオフさせむらし行程
に移行するようにした制御手段とを具備してなる
ことを特徴とする炊飯器。
