沈下量、大気汚染度についてセンサで計測したデ
ータを公衆通信回線を介して収集することは第1
図に示すように公知である。端末装置TMは複数
のセンサSNSを有し、所定の状態を計測してい
るが、そのデータを蓄積することは通常行なわれ
ていない。そのためデータ収集センタCS例えば
監視センタには計算機CPUとテレメータ親局
TMRとを有し、所定時刻毎に網制御装置NCUと
公衆通信交換機EXCを介し端末装置TMを呼び出
し、端末装置TMと接続されるとその時のセンサ
SNSの計測値が伝送される。計算機CPUはその
時刻におけるデータとして表示・記憶・処理等を
行なう。なお端末装置のMODEMは変復調器、
I/O−Cは入出力制御装置を示す。したがつて
従来のデータ収集は収集センタから端末装置TM
に電話をかけると同様に所定時刻毎に端末装置に
呼出をかけデータを伝送して貰うため公衆通信回
線をその都度設定しているから、通信料金が多額
となる欠点があつた。また各報告の都度、端末装
置番号・センサ番号をデータと共にすべて伝送す
る必要があつて回線の使用効率が低くなつてい
た。

クロプロセツサ、TMCは時計回路、MFはデー
タ格納用メモリフアイル(ランダムアクセスメモ
リが適当である)を示す。この実施例においては
収集するデータを実時間で処理する必要がないと
きに適用される。従来収集センタCSが行なつて
いたデータ収集時刻に時計回路TMCはマイクロ
プロセツサMPUに割込みをかけ、マイクロプロ
セツサMPUは動作を開始し、センサSNSの計測
したデータを、入出力制御装置I/O−Cを介し
てメモリフアイルMFに格納する。このとき時計
回路TMCの示す時刻をデータに付加しておく。
それから所定時間経過後例えば1時間後、時計回
路TMCは再び割込信号を発し、マイクロプロセ
ツサMPUは同様に動作しデータを格納する。以
上のことを例えば1時間毎に繰返して、1日分の
データを蓄積する。データ収集センタCSは当該
端末装置TMからデータを収集する時例えば午前
零時になると、公衆通信交換系EXCを介して端
末TMをアクセスする。端末TMはメモリフアイ
ルMF内の1日分のデータを所定フオーマツトに
従い直並列変換回路PS/SP、変復調回路
MODEM,NCU制御回路を介して、データ収集
センタCSに一括して送出する。

収集時刻を公衆通信回線を介して収集すること を特徴とするデータの収集方式。
