Claims (1)
- レーザ光を光学系を介して格子を有するターゲ
ツトに照射すると共にその反射光をイメージセン
サを含む測定系に与えてターゲツトの変位を測定
するようにした変位計において、前記ターゲツト
を多数のキユーブ・コーナを一面に密に敷詰めた
構成としたことを特徴とするレーザ変位計。
