Abstract
PURPOSE:To make high-low two speeds shiftable as well as to reduce the cost of production with high-low two-speed change units connected and increased, by installing a hydraulic clutch and an overrunning clutch on a shift in a parallel manner. CONSTITUTION:In case of first gear speed, on a first shift shaft 1, a hydraulic clutch C1 at the high speed side comes to an off-state, and an engine brake clutch D1 is pressed by an energizing spring whereby a loosely-fitted gear 17 and the first shift shaft 1 are coupled together. And the, rotation of a high-speed gear train consisting of a tightly-installed gear 10 and a loosely-fitted gear is not transmitted to the shift shaft 1, and inversely, when the rotation of a low-speed gear train consisting of another tightly-installed gear 11 and the loosely-fitted gear 17 is transmitted as power transmission from the loosely-fitted gear 17, power is transmitted to the shift shaft 1 via an overrunning clutch A1 at the low speed side where it comes to engagedness. Likewise, the high speed side hydraulic clutch on a second shift 2 is in an off-state, and an engine brake clutch D2 is being engaged. At time of power transmission from the side of a loosely-fitted gear 20, low speed is transmitted to the shift shaft 2 from an overrunning clutch A2 at the low speed side and it comes to first gear speed.
