期信号に同期したことに伴う該内部同期信号とラ
スタ同期信号とのずれを検出し、このずれが前記
ＴＶ画面の垂直流れを起こさない程度の一定の範
囲内になるまでラスタ同期信号を内部同期信号に
近づけた後、該ラスタ同期信号を内部同期信号に
同期させる同期手段とを備えたことを特徴とする
