Abstract

PURPOSE:To ease a shock at the time of stopping a piston by providing a flow regulating mechanism on a fluid supply and discharge passage, and connecting the mechanism and a brake to a controller related to a detection signal of a piston position detector. CONSTITUTION:A flow regulating mechanism 8, is provided on the way of a fluid supply and discharge passage 7 for communicating an oil sending direction changeover valve 5 with a check throttle valve 6, and this flow regulation valve 8 and a friction brake 24, are connected to a controller 30 to which a detected signal of a pulse encoder 26 is input. When a piston 17 is to be stopped, therefore, a displacing speed of the piston 17 can be first be lowered by the mechanism 8, and the friction brake 24 can thus be actuated afterward. As a result, it is possible to accurately stop the piston 17 at an arbitrally specified position even the piston is in high-speed displacement and to ease the shock at the time of stopping the piston 17.
