側に切断用ミシン目が形成されて成る連続袋体を
ロール状に巻取るかジグザグ状に折畳むなどして
収容する一方、この連続袋体の上端を、前記細断
紙片の収容部の開口周縁に係止すると共に、この
係止部を外部から遮蔽したことを特徴とするシユ
