Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain immediate talking state when the electric field strength is restored by providing a reception electric field level detection section to each of a base station of a system or a mobile equipment and using the level detector so as to etect the decrease in the received electric field strength when no end of call signal from the base station or the mobile station is not detected. CONSTITUTION:A mobile equipment 20 applies communication with a telephone set 12 via a telephone line 11 connected to a base station 15 between the mobile equipment 20 and the radio base station 15 of the radio communication system. A level detector 60 is arranged between a mobile equipment receiver 57 and a mobile equipment control section 51 of a mobile equipment transceiver 27 connected to a telephone set 22 in the mobile equipment 20 in this system. Moreover, a level detector 40 is arranged between a base station control section 31 and a base station reception section 37 of the base station 15 and when no end of call signal from the base station 15 or the mobile equipment 20 is detected, the detectors 40, 60 detect the reduction in the level of the received electric field strength.
