Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a noise, and to shorten and stabilize the carrying time, by constituting a magnetic circuit for allowing a magnetic flux to pass through in a part of a fixed member, generating a magnetic field in the direction perpendicular to a guide axis, and energizing the circuit so as to cross roughly perpendicular to this magnetic circuit. CONSTITUTION:To a guide rod 22, two pieces of holders 23 are attached by providing a suitable interval, and fixed to a drive plate 17 by an L-shaped metal fixture 24. In the inside of the holder 23, a tubular permanent magnet 25 is fitted, and also, to its inside, a driving coil 26 is adhered. A magnetic flux generated from the permanent magnet 25 passes through a driving coil 26, and goes in the axial direction in the guide rod 22. The center side of the permanent magnet 25, and the outer peripheral side are magnetized to the N pole and the S pole, respectively, and when a driving current flows to the driving coil 26, the holder 23 moves, and the driving plate 17 also moves. In such a way, a noise can be prevented, the carrying can be stabilized and the carrying time can be shortened.
