Claims (1)
- サーモワツクスの膨脹作用を受ける押圧ピスト
ンと、戻しばねが作用し前記押圧ピストンに押さ
れて移動する作動ピストンとを具え、これら二つ
のピストンが一体に直線往復動するサーモワツク
ス装置において、設定温度以下で伸長し設定温度
以上で収縮するように形状記憶合金で作られた調
整部材が前記押圧ピストンと作動ピストンとの間
に設置されていることを特徴とするサーモワツク
ス装置。
