And, the reference opening is compensation by a deviation between the actual engine speed and the reference engine speed, regulating the operating of the control valve 12, and an excess air factor lambda of mixture is changed and the engine speed is controlled to the specified value. With this constitution, the engine can be driven at an efficient air excess factor lambda.
