In the drawing, 10, 10... are positive and negative electrode parts 1
A total of eight secondary batteries are arranged in two rows so that numbers 1 and 12 appear alternately on the top surface, and the side circumferential surface is covered with an insulating tube. After placing the batteries 10, 10
Each battery row is connected in series by spot-welding adjacent positive and negative electrode portions 11 and 12 on the upper and lower surfaces of each battery via lead pieces 25, as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 14 denotes an overcurrent breaker that opens upon detection of overcurrent, and the electrode portions of the batteries located at one end of each battery row are connected in series via the overcurrent breaker 14. In addition, positive and negative terminal plates are spot welded to the electrodes of the batteries located at the other end of each battery row, and these configurations form a battery group as shown in the wiring diagram in Figure 7. . 16 and 17 are main body case 1 that houses the battery group inside.
The upper member 16 is provided with through holes 20 and 21 that fit with the positive and negative terminal plates 18 and 19 of the battery group, and the main body case 15
When a battery group is housed inside, the positive and negative terminal plates 18 and 19 fit into the through holes 20 and 21, respectively, to form the terminal portions of the battery pack.

Next, the terminal portion of the battery pack will be explained in detail. The terminal plate of the comparative example shown in FIG. 3 is formed by bending a band-shaped metal plate, and includes a welded portion 22 to be welded to the battery, and a U-shaped bend from the welded portion to the main body case 15. Through holes 20, 2 in upper member 16
1 and a protrusion 23 that fits. Fourth
The terminal board according to the present invention shown in the figure is provided with leg parts 24, 24 extending from both left and right sides of the U-shaped bent part 23, in addition to the terminal board of the comparative example.
As shown in Fig. 4, these terminal plates are spot-welded to battery packs and then housed in the main body case to form battery packs of the present invention and comparative examples, and when used by inserting them into battery equipment, the battery packs of the comparative example In a battery pack, when a terminal member on the battery equipment side presses a terminal plate on the battery pack side, the terminal plate is pushed into the main body case, making it impossible to establish a sufficient electrical connection. In contrast, in the battery pack of the present invention, even if the terminal member on the battery equipment side presses the terminal board on the battery pack side, the L-shaped legs formed on the terminal board support the terminal board. Electrical connections can be made sufficiently without being pushed into the main body case. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 8, the L-shaped legs of the terminal board of the present invention may be sandwiched between the main body case and the battery or the insulating ring, or may be welded or glued to the battery or the insulating ring for better effect. This prevents the terminal board from sinking into the main body case.

(f) Effects of the invention The invention consists of a welded part directly welded to the battery, a protruding part bent into a U-shape from the welded part and fitted into a through hole provided in the main body case, and the protruding part. Since the terminal section of the battery pack is constituted by a terminal plate having L-shaped legs provided on both sides of the This improves assembly efficiency and reduces voltage loss. At the same time, the heat generated by the contact between the terminal member on the battery equipment side and the terminal board can be transferred to the battery and radiated from the battery exterior can, which increases the heat radiation effect and allows a large current to flow. It can now be used in power tools, etc. In addition, the L
The L-shaped legs prevent the terminal board from sinking into the main body case due to contact with the terminal member on the battery equipment side, and a sufficient electrical connection is possible. This can be more effectively prevented by sandwiching the legs between the main body case and the battery or insulating ring.
