An upright plate pivot that is punched and bent is provided on the fixed substrate, and the lower shaft hole of the U-shaped bent base of one sensor arm is made into a long hole with a constricted center with little play.
A protrusion for locking the deployment spring is provided in the middle of the other sensor arm, and a coil portion of the deployment spring for biasing clockwise rotation of one sensor arm is shaped at the top end of the upright plate.
