Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一対の皿形状の成型プレートを接合した偏
    平管内に、冷媒が熱交換される冷媒通路、および
    該冷媒通路の少なくとも一端にタンクを形成し、 隣設した偏平管の間の熱交換用空隙にフインを
    介在させ、 これらを多数積層した熱交換ユニツトの最外層
    の成型プレートにサイドプレートを接合し、 該サイドプレートを組立て治具で挾み込みろう
    付して製造される積層型熱交換器において、 前記サイドプレートの端に、前記タンクの一端
    側よりに直接または間接的に接合され、前記組立
    て治具で挾み込まれたとき、前記最外層のタンク
    の中心部に圧接力を付与するフランジ部を設けた
    ことを特徴とする積層型熱交換器。 (2) 前記フランジ部は、複数のリブで補強され
    ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項に記載の積層型熱交換器。
