Abstract

The deciding means decides a coordinate at the starting point of the affine transformation along a line parallel to the raster scan in accordance with the rotation angle of the affine transformation. Preferably, the deciding means sets the coordinate at the starting point on an x-axis or on a straight line parallel to an x-axis. Thus, the affine transformation can be executed at a high speed.
