挿入し、かつセンサホルダの摺動を所定範囲に規
制する係合手段を設けると共に、センサホルダを
突出方向に付勢するスプリングを取付け、センサ
ホルダの先端部分にストロークセンサを配置し、
このストロークセンサを摺動部材を介してピスト
ンロツドに近接させるようにして前記ボツクスを
シリンダヘツド部に固定したことを特徴とするス
トロークセンサ付きシリンダ装置。
