Abstract

Further, oscillation circuit boards 5 and the electrode take-out plates 3 are electrically connected. The power sources of a plurality of the oscillation circuit boards 5 are divided into an oscillation circuit group of an add number and an oscillation circuit group of an even number and the output of an oscillation circuit power source 7 is opened and closed by the control of a relay 6 for opening and closing the oscillation circuit power source. The power sources of the lead relays mounted in the oscillation circuit substrates 5 are divided into an oscillation circuit group of an odd number and an oscillation circuit group of an even number in the same way and the output of the lead relay power source 9 is opened and closed by a lead relay opening and closing relay 8.
