Abstract

CONSTITUTION:First, a shell 2 and a deck 1 are separately assembled in each block, and the deck 1 is assembled in a normally rotated condition. And, the shell 2 is installed on top of one end part of the deck 1 in the normally rotated condition to from an integral block, which is lifted up and placed on block stands 10 to carry out block fitting-out for installing a large-size auxiliary machinery 7 with a previously assembled unit and a pipe unit 6, etc., on the deck 1. Due to such an assembling method, since the shell 2 is installed on top of the normally rotating deck 1, it is not necessary to invert the integral block without the need of the operation of a large-scale inverting crane or accompanying subsidiary operations, reducing an assembling cost while facilitating and simplifying the fitting-out of the deck 1 and the shell 2.
