ツクス板を積層し、これに電圧を印加することに
より所定の変位を得るようにした積層型圧電アク
チユエータにおいて、電圧印加用リード線を、積
層型圧電アクチユエータ本体の固定部近傍におけ
る外部電極に対し、圧電セラミツクス板の積層方
向に沿うような姿勢で導電性接着剤により接続し
たことを特徴とする積層型圧電アクチユエータ。 (2) 圧電アクチユエータ本体は、圧電セラミツ
クス板相互間に介在している内部電極部の両端が
両側外部電極に対し交互に導通するように、非導
通となす部分に切溝を設け、この切溝内に絶縁材
を充填したものであることを特徴とする実用新案
