Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a high density dye transfer image and to enhance fingerprint resistance and storage stability, by forming the dyeing image receiving layer provided on a substrate from a specific polyester resin and incorporating a dye permeable release agent composed of a specific silicone resin therein. CONSTITUTION:A dyeing image receiving layer 2 having the good dyeing property to a sublimable dye is formed on a base material 1. This dyeing image receiving layer is formed of a composition based on a thermoplastic polyester resin having four or more hydroxyl groups, tensile breaking strength of 300 kg/cm<3> (ASTM D638) and tensile breaking elongation of 20% (ASTM D638) and further containing a dye permeable release agent composed of an addition or condensation reaction type curable silicone resin and obtained, for example, by about 5-15pts. of the addition or condensation reaction type curable silicone resin (containing 1-2 pts. of a catalyst on the basis of 100pts. of the silicon resin solid) with 100pts. of the specific thermoplastic polyester resin dissolved in 2-butanol or a solvent mixture of toluene-2-butanol and the thickness thereof is pref. 4-6mum.
