Claims (1)

動機構のコイルと対向する部位には永久磁石が配
設されている固定機構とを有するリニアモータに
おいて、前記コイルは、熱伝導性の良好な材料か
ら成るコイル保持部材に巻回され、又前記コイル
保持部材は熱絶縁部材を介して前記可動機構に取
り付けられていることを特徴とするリニアモータ
。 (2) 前記コイル保持部材は、外周部に前記コイ
ルが巻回されているとともに、前記可動機構の移
動方向に対応した中空部が形成されているボビン
と、前記ボビンを支持し、前記ボビンを前記可動
機構に取り付けるためのボビン取付部材とから成
つていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載のリニアモータ。 (3) 前記可動機構は、位置決めテーブルである
