Abstract

PURPOSE:To regenerate moisture absorbing filler with a simple structure and to continuously use for a long period by providing a moisture absorbing body holding moisture absorbing filler in fine vacant spaces in a porous panel, a heat generating body, and a cover member having a moisture discharging opening. CONSTITUTION:The moisture absorbing filler, such as calcium chloride, is impregnated in a porous panel, such as felt, having continuous vacant spaces, and the panels are laminated to form a moisture absorbing body 1, with the back surface of which a heat generating body 2 is integrated, and the cover member 3 having a moisture discharging opening 5 in its lower part is fixed to the moisture absorbing body 1 so as to form a space part 4 to the side of heat generating body 2.
