CONSTITUTION:The dehumidifying permeable structure (a) in constituted by fixing the heat generating body 2, such as a cable heater, with a net type sheet layer 3, etc., to one surface of the moisture absorbing body 1 which is laminated with porous material having fine vacant spaces, such as water-resisting nonwoven fabric, and is impregnated with a moisture absorbing filler, such as calcium chloride.
