Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve driving efficiency and stabilize a device, by providing one driving source with a plurality of ridgeline sections, and by permitting the plural section to come in contact with a plane to drive the sections. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic wave type driving gear is composed of an equilateral-triangular movable table three balls, and driving sources 6 arranged at the respective apexes of the movable table, and by pushing a plane 5 with the driving sources 6, with its reaction, the movable table is moved. The sections of the driving sources 6 coming in contact with the plane 5 are formed to have a plurality of ridgeline sections so that a plurality of the ridgeline sections may come in contact with the plane 5. As a result, when the driving source 6 is extended in the direction of an arrow head X, then the plane can be pushed by more ridgeline sections, and the driving can be efficiently performed.
