Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) アクチユエータの負圧室とバキユームポン
プの減圧室の吸気側とを連通して吸気経路を形成
するとともに前記吸気経路にエアーバルブとリリ
ースバルブの各々一端を接続し、前記エアーバル
ブおよびリリースバルブの閉塞状態で前記バキユ
ームポンプの作動により前記アクチユエータを作
動させる装置において、前記バキユームポンプの
減圧室の吐出側に貯蔵タンクを設けるとともに前
記貯蔵タンクにエアーバルブとリリースバルブの
各々他端側を接続してなることを特徴とするアク
チユエータの負圧制御装置。 (2) 貯蔵タンクはその内部に容積変更用のダイ
ヤフラムを備えていることを特徴とする実用新案
