The central processing unit 19 is connected to the respective supervisory controllers 13 and the respective equipment controllers 17a, 17b, 17c through a data transmission line 18, and is able to transmit associative operation data preliminarily. Accordingly, if a locking is executed by operating a supervisory controller 13 through a card reader, locking information is transmitted to a corresponding equipment controller 17 in accordance with the content of the associative operation data, so that the informed controller stops the air conditioner based on the locking information.
