Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a stable offset voltage independently of temperature by using a transistor(TR) and an externally mounted resistor having a negative temperature coefficient for the power voltage of the TR constituting a constant current circuit. CONSTITUTION:As a constant current circuit, a constant current circuit by current mirror connection is used and the power voltage of the TR constituting the constant current has a negative temperature coefficient and an externally mounted resistor for setting the current in the constant current circuit has a negative temperature coefficient so as to reduce the temperature dependancy. That is, negative temperature coefficient is applied to the power voltage of the TR constituting the constant current circuit and the externally mounted resistor to cancel the positive temperature coefficient in the resistor employing in the constant current circuit and the supply current from the constant current circuit, that is, the offset voltage obtained therefrom is a constant voltage independently of the temperature.
