、砂糖、油脂、粉ミルク等と水を注加しその状態
で混ねつ、一次発酵、ガス抜き、二次発酵、焼き
等の工程を順次自動或いは手動で行う製パン器の
こね用ヘラに於て、該ヘラ軸のＸ軸上で回動自在
に、Ｙ軸上でも回動自在になるよう該ヘラ軸周辺
の穿溝部にかん着してＸ軸上に回動する翼輪を設
け、該翼輪の他端にＹ軸方向に回動する翼部を自
在に取付け、該翼部と該ヘラ軸外周との間に突子
及び案内溝が夫々にかん合するように設け、該ヘ
ラのこね翼部を回転こね方向に対して、ある傾斜
をもたせてこね作用を行わしめ、こね方向と逆の
回転に対してこね翼部をその状態から寝かすよう
にして、パン焼き上げ後のパン内部にヘラの翼部
の痕跡を少なくするようにする事を特徴とする製
