Claims (1)
- 基台に取付固定されたモーターの回転軸にボー
ル螺子軸を直結するか該回転軸自体でボール螺子
軸を構成し、該ボール螺子軸に螺合したボール螺
子ナツトを、前記基台に回転自在に支持された回
転テーブルに取付固定し、前記ボール螺子ナツト
の位置変化に対して前記ボール螺子軸の弾性によ
るたわみで追従させることを特徴とする微少回転
テーブル駆動装置。
