Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a deodorant capable of being widely utilized as a deodorizing material and also having sterilizing effect, by utilizing a Rintaro earthworm and the white pellicle inside a Hinoki cypress. CONSTITUTION:A liquid deodorant having sterilizing/pasteurizing effect is based on a Rintaro earthworm of a mollusk, the skin of a Hinoki cypress, glucose, calcium ion water, sodium bicarbonate, urea and enzyme and prepared by successively adding 0.02g of a calcium powder, 1g of the earthworm and 0.02g of glucose to 500cc of water and, after about 10min, successively adding 0.02g of urea, 1g of sodium bicarbonate and 0.01g of enzyme cellulase thereto and, after several hr, filtering the resulting liquid mixture and adding about 0.002g of enzyme catalase and an extract, which is obtained by boiling about 5g of the dried white pellicle in the Hinoki cypress in 200cc of water until the total amount becomes about 100cc, to the obtained filtrate and subsequently mixing about 100cc of a Hinoki cypress liquid with about 500cc of the earthworm liquid and further mixing a proper amount of a blue colorant therewith.
