Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain high speed operation by connecting a resistor for charge/ discharge auxiliary use between a node at the center of an R string generating plural individual reference voltages and two reference voltage terminals so as to decrease the charge/discharge time at the center of the R string thereby uniformizing the charge/discharge time of each node. CONSTITUTION:A connecting point remotest from the 1st and 2nd reference voltage terminals T1, T2 among connecting points (nodes N1-Nm) of resistors R1-R2m forming the R string 1, that is, the node Nm of the center and the terminals T1, T2 connect to charge/discharge auxiliary resistors RA, RB whose resistance is 1/2 twice the total sum of the R string 1. After an input voltage VC is inputted, switch circuits SA0-SA2m are conductive and switch circuits SB0-SB2m are nonconductive, and when an individual reference voltage divided by the resistors R1-R2m of the R string 1 is inputted, a time is required to restore the voltage of the nodes N1-N2m to the individual reference voltage. The time, that is, the delay time TD is smaller at the node Nm at the center by the resistors RA, RB and uniformized by the nodes N1-N2m thereby quickening the operating speed.
