バネ６，６′を介在してモーター７及びビツト１
２等を具有する本体４を上下動自在にして、かつ
クランプレバー２６により緩、締自在に外装した
一対のコラム３，３′の内、その何れか一方のコ
ラムにガイドボルト１４を軸方向へ固定した状態
で回転自在に挿通し、その本体を貫通した上端に
ツマミ１６を固定すると共に、該ガイドボルトに
、ネジ孔１８ａの略一半をガイドボルトとの逃し
部１８ｂに形成したナツト１８を噛み外し自在に
噛合し、該ナツトを、上記本体のコラム挿通孔５
′と同軸上に画成したナツト室１９に軸方向へ固
定して横移動自在に内装し、圧縮バネ２３により
横方向へ付勢せしめて上記ガイドボルトに噛合保
持可能に形成すると共に、そのバネ力に抗して横
移動してガイドボルトとの噛合を解除可能なるよ
う当該ナツトにアジヤストピン２１を固定し、ナ
ツト室から外側へ突出させてなることを特徴とす
