つて摺動可能に挿通し、該締付け部材を包囲する
枠体からなるスライドプレートを固定ブラケツト
の側面にスライド可能に付勢して支承せしめると
ともに、該スライドプレートに前記歯部と噛合す
る歯部を有するツース部材を固定し、かつ、前記
締付けボルトに螺合するチルトレバーに、前記ス
ライドプレートを移動させて前記締付け部材とツ
ース部材の噛合を解除するカムを形成してなるこ
