Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to transfer even if there is a few projected and recessed parts on a carrier surface by levitating a carrier by magnetic repulsion force between an electric magnet and a superconductive substance. CONSTITUTION:An electric magnet 7 is provided continuously on a carrier surface 16, and a carrier board 2 supporting a plate-like superconductive substance 8 horizontally by a bearing 19 in a coolant 9 is provided on the electric magnet 7 in which the coolant 9 is sealed. A reaction magnetic flux is produced for the superconductive substance 8 so as to negate the magnetic flux by a complete diamagnetic Meissner effect. According to such constitution, the magnetic repulsion force is produced between the superconductive substance and the electric magnet 7 and the carrier board 2 levitates.
