界効果トランジスタ、４ａ……ゲート、９……速
度調節回路、１０……起動補償回路、１８……発
振回路。

Claims (1)
- コンデンサモータ１とダイオードブリツジ２と
の直列回路を交流電源３に接続するとともに、そ
のダイオードブリツジ２の直流側端子間に絶縁ゲ
ート形電界効果トランジスタ４のソース及びドレ
インを接続し、その絶縁ゲート形電界効果トラン
ジスタ４のゲート４ａにパルス電圧を付与するた
めの発振回路１８と、そのパルス電圧のパルス幅
を変化させて前記コンデンサモータ１の回転速度
を変更させる速度調節回路９と、モータ起動時に
一定時間連続して前記ゲート４ａに電圧が付与さ
れるように起動補償を行う起動補償回路１０とを
設けたことを特徴とするモータの速度制御装置。
