応じた出力信号をホワイトバランス制御信号とし
て出力する演算手段と、 輝度信号のレベルと基準電圧とを比較し、輝度
信号のレベルが基準電圧以下の場合には、第１信
号電圧を出力し、基準電圧を超える場合には第２
信号電圧を出力するレベル検出手段と、 前記レベル検出手段の出力電圧が第１信号電圧
の場合には、演算手段に対して色差信号を入力せ
ず、第２信号電圧の場合には演算手段に対して色
差信号を入力するようにする切換え手段とを含む
