されており、この圧電共振子エレメントの一方の
電極が一方の金属キヤツプに接続され、他方の電
極が他方の金属製キヤツプに接続されており、さ
らにケースの上面にはコンデンサを構成すべく2
つの主表面にコンデンサ電極が形成されたコンデ
ンサ基板が取付けられており、前記コンデンサ電
極のうちホツト側電極は金属製キヤツプに接続さ
れ、コンデンサ電極のうちのアース側電極は金属
製外囲部材に接続されていることを特徴とするコ
