さは、前記圧電振動子の一端を受け入れてこれを
支持してその絶縁ケース内に位置定めしうるよう
な寸法とされており、前記圧電振動子は、前記絶
縁ケースの前記圧電振動子支持用開口および前記
テーパ状開口の中心に沿つて配設され、前記導電
性キヤツプは、前記圧電振動子支持用開口および
前記テーパ状開口のそれぞれを閉ざすようにして
、前記絶縁ケースの各端部に装着されており、前
記圧電振動子の一端の前記振動電極は、前記圧電
