Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the performance when the titled equipment is used as various sensors by providing a receiver with a circuit which removes a carrier and outputs a received clock for data, a circuit which compares the clock for data with a predetermined clock, and a warning generating mechanism which generates a warning with an operation signal outputted by a clock comparing circuit. CONSTITUTION:In a supervisory state, an oscillation circuit 5 sends out a data clock as an electromagnetic wave (data wave) with the carrier of a carrier generating circuit 2. This electromagnetic wave E is received by the antenna 9 of the receiver 7 and passed through a detecting circuit 8; and a BPF circuit 33 removes the carrier and then the wave is outputted as a data clock to a clock quantity counting circuit 10 and further outputted to a clock quantity comparing circuit 12. Then a predetermined clock generating circuit 11 outputs the predetermined clock corresponding to a proper clock based upon a resistance value R1 in a state wherein no wafer sticks on a sensor 32. If water sticks on the humidity sensor 32, a current begins to flow through the sticking water small in resistance value although a little current flows in a substrate 15 before, and then the sensor 32 varies in resistance value.
