PURPOSE: To transmit packet data by PVC between data processors through plural switching networks which have no packet switching networks connecting function by connecting 1st and 2nd data processors to each other through two logical channels and controlling both logical channels into the same state.
CONSTITUTION: Logical channels 221∼22n connected to a 1st packet switching network 30 and logical channels 321∼32n connected to a 2nd packet switching network 30 are connected to each other and the logical channels which are connected to each other are controlled into the same states. Consequently, even if the packet switching networks 20 and 30 do not have or have the packet switching network connecting function of PVC, data communications are made between 1st and 2nd data processors 231∼23n and 331∼33n included in the packet switching network 20 and the 2nd packet switching network 30 only by specifying a packet switching network connection controller 1 as the opposite party of PVC.
